Upgrade StorageCannot Sync

After months of successful use, I am no longer able to sync. The problem seemed to happen around 7.0, went away with 7.1 and is back and unsolvable with 7.2. The little yellow triangle just started coming up and I have no idea how to make it go away nor can I make heads or tails of the error messages. I have tried what ever sounded like a solution from other discussions with similar keywords but nothing has helped and I have no clue what is even causing the problem.
