In google docs, when i try to introduce a new citation doesnt appear the citation dialog

I have the zotero conector and the app open in mi computer, but when I selected both of the options in the tool bar, nothing happens

Restart Zotero and your browser. When you use the Zotero plugin on Google Docs allow some time for Zotero to work. If no citation dialog appears above your browser check through open Zotero windows.
