"Add/Edit Citation" button causing Word crash

reecemoir
Hi! Whenever I go to add a citation, as soon as the pop up from Zotero shows Microsoft Word (v16.53) will immediately recover and show an Error Reporting window on my Macbook.

I've tried reinstalling Zotero and word, unsure what the issue is.

Can you provide the first 100 or so lines of the crash log?

But generally, make sure you're running the latest version of macOS.
