IOS Beta - PDFs not loading

I am using the IOS Beta on Ipad and many of the pdfs I try to download/look at give a "This file cannot be found." Error. Some pdfs work, but most do not. Any help? or is this a bug?

Most likely those files aren't available in your online library. See Files Not Syncing.
