Pdf won't open in Beta Zotero 6

I just installed the Beta version so I can use Zotero as an editor, but the pdf still opens with Acrobat Reader and I don't see any editing tools. I am using Windows.

Once you're running the beta, you can opt in to the preview from the General pane of the Zotero preferences.
