attachment order

hi there,
I have items with many attachments (photographs in jpeg format). on one laptop their order is fine, on the second they are all mixed up (neither chronological nor alphabetical order). what can I do to change this?

I didn't send you anything — I responded in your duplicate thread, which generated a forum notification, and then I deleted the thread, so the URL in the notification no longer worked.
