Zotero missing from toolbar

I have written a full manuscript and previously could see the zotero option in MS word in my toolbar. But after i upgraded the zotero software i dont see it anymore in the toolbar and I also can't add citations to my manuscript through zotero. I have checked that my plugin is installed and also on.
