Yes the issue is it will not add any items to my library. When trying to add articles from the web via the zotero web connector it is not saving them to my online library
We can't help you if you don't provide the kind of description requested on the linked page, with every step you're taking and everything you're seeing on screen.
When you go to a website to add an article to the zotero online library by clicking the zotero extension in the top right corner it is not adding it to the online library in zotero
That's still not enough info. The linked page describes exactly the kind of description we need. If you're not willing to take more than a few seconds per post to provide that kind of description, we can't help you.
What exactly do you see in the save popup after you click the icon? If it's easier, you can take a screenshot, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive), and provide a link here.
We just literally can't help you if you don't describe everything you see on screen — you're clearly writing these posts very quickly without taking the time to read the linked instructions and provide a detailed description of everything you're doing and everything you see on screen. We really are happy to help you here, but you're just wasting everyone's time, including yours, if you won't take the time yourself to provide a proper description.
As I say, if it's easier, you can take a screenshot, upload it somewhere, and provide a link.
If it actually says it's saving to "My Library" — that exact phrasing and capitalization — with a drop-down to choose other locations, it's saving to the local Zotero app on your computer, not the web library, and you should look for the new items in the app. The thread you originally posted to was about the web library and has nothing to do with the local app, which is why we're having trouble understanding what you're referring to. The local app optionally syncs with the web library but is a totally separate thing.
I read the document about what you need beforehand with the examples. Again I do not appreciate you being rude and making assumptions but it is not giving me any error information or anything else that I can tell you. You absolutely do not seem happy to help and would rather try to be condescending when I read the document you sent. Bye
When I drag an item from the Unfiled Items collection into another collection while a tag is selected in the bottom left, Zotero tells me it has to be restarted.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Zotero. 2. Click on “Unfiled Items” in the left pane. 3. Click on a tag in the tag selector. 4. Drag an item to another collection.
Zotero displays the message “An error has occurred. Please restart Zotero.” in the middle pane.
What you've provided is much closer to the former than the latter. For us to help you, we'd need the latter, or a screenshot.

You have no items in your online library, so it's not clear what you're referring to here.
What exactly do you see in the save popup after you click the icon? If it's easier, you can take a screenshot, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive), and provide a link here.
It says saving to my library but it does not save it
