web library data recovery?

Hello, I am a brand new user of Zotero. I input a few hundred sources in Zotero web library only, using Chrome. I'm not sure what happened but not only have most of the sources disappeared, the 11 remaining sources are grayed out with no text. I restarted my MacBook Pro (Big Sur 11.5.2) as well as my browsers, but it still shows grayed out, no text for only the remaining 11 sources. I'd appreciate any help with recovery, if possible - thanks in advance.

(To be clear, though, the "grayed out" lines are just placeholders while it loads — they don't mean that anything happened to your data.)
