iOS beta - cannot login / create database

I just updated to the most recent version of the iOS beta on my iPad mini 5. After updating and restarting, I cannot login to Zotero. I get the message: "Error creating database. Please try logging in again." Trying again + restarting does not help. I am not having issues with the web or desktop version.

Same issue on iPad Pro with iOS 14.7.1.
