Biography Sorting

I'm struggling to understand why something is happening when creating my biographies.

According to https://docs.citationstyles.org/en/1.0.1/specification.html#name-part-order...
'Non-personal names lack name-parts and are sorted as is, although English articles (“a”, “an” and “the”) at the start of the name are stripped. For example, “The New York Times” sorts as “New York Times”.'

However, if I create what I am assuming is a 'non-personal name' (using the single field rather than surname, first name) such as The New York Times, as the creator of an entry in Zotero, it sorts is under Th, not under Ne in the biography.

Have I missed something? Is there something I'm doing wrong.

I'm primarily using Cite em Right CSL, but the ordering appears the same on other citation styles.

As an example: this is the output of the biography where I think the two entries should be the reversed.
