Upgrade Storagestorage capacity quota

I recently upgraded my storage plan (2GB) yet am repeatedly told I have surpassed my quote. This is not possible as two days ago my storage was listed at 1747MB - and since then I actually dumped lots of additional references with big attachments. Can you please correct this.

Especially if you just upgraded, it's possible that not all of your files had synced when you last checked
I upgraded a couple of days ago and have waited for all the files to synch, which they definitely have (i checked). So it makes no sense that the data usage when down and then jumped up again. ?
