Upgrade StorageFiles not synced across two computers.
Hello, this is my first time posting here so if there is problem with my posting please let me know.
Problem: Multiple files are not synced to my new computer(Window desktop) from the original laptop(Mac).
Because there was an alarm next to the sync button saying that my Zotero storage was full, and thus sync has stopped, I subscribed to 2GB. However, the problem still remains.
I looked at the following page : https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/changes_not_syncing
But this did not help. The files are present in the online library and I can see the pdf file names in the Zotero app, if I click it, it gives me the following errror message.
"The attached file could not be found at the following path :
PATH
It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero, or, if the file was added on another computer, it may not yet have been synced to zotero.org. "
I do not know how to proceed from here. I need to use both computers and files need to be synced promptly(I could take 1~2hours).
Any inputs will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
