Upgrade StorageImport from Elsevier Problem

I'm trying to move from Mendeley to Zotero. I'm using 5.0.97-beta.44. When I go to sign in to my Elsevier account, it continually tells me my password is wrong. I've changed it several times. I rebooted my computer and double checked that I was typing in everything correctly. In my browser (Chrome), the password works to sign in to Elsevier. When using Zotero, it does not. Any thoughts?
