Import from Elsevier Problem

Hello,
I'm trying to move from Mendeley to Zotero. I'm using 5.0.97-beta.44. When I go to sign in to my Elsevier account, it continually tells me my password is wrong. I've changed it several times. I rebooted my computer and double checked that I was typing in everything correctly. In my browser (Chrome), the password works to sign in to Elsevier. When using Zotero, it does not. Any thoughts?

That would be some problem with your Elsevier account, I'm afraid. Imports from Mendeley are working in general in Zotero.

If you're not able to get it working, note the alternative option given in the documentation:

Thanks for getting back to me. I'll give it a day before I try the alternate method. Good to know it's not some nefarious plot from Elsevier to prevent importing to Zotero!
