Paid storage failure

Hi,

I have a paid storage plan. In my online Zotero space, only 18% of my quota is occupied. However, when I try to sync from the app, it returns a message saying that my quota is full.

What should I do?

  • All Zotero storage for a group is drawn from the group owner's storage quota. You're in one group (riskmanagement) that you don't own. The sync error should indicate this is the library causing the error.

    If the group should be drawing from your storage, the group's current owner can transfer it to you from the group settings.

    actually, it is the "violencesfamilialesPF" group which returns a quota error.
  • It could also happen if you're trying to upload a very large file. It should tell you the size of the file in the error message.

    If you don't think that's the problem, can you provide a Debug ID for syncing and getting the error?
