Use Zotero for sharing strictly internal documents within a project?
Working on a third-party industry project, we are currently sharing design documents and internal theory papers just by putting PDFs into a directory. This is not exactly ideal, and I was hoping to improve upon this with Zotero.
Creating a shared profile is off the table, because it would create issues with concurrent access. Expecting colleagues to always close that Zotero instance wouldn't be realistic.
Is it possible to create a shared library that is stored strictly on a local drive or network server and supports concurrent access by multiple users? Is there some other way I could achieve organizing these internal documents with Zotero?

adamsmithShort of running your own Zotero server (which is possible but quite involved), no, not possible I'm afraid.
