Old biography is not used in word, new one is made

Hello,
I wrote a word document over the last couple of weeks, and I used a Zotero bibliography, in order to cite everything. However, since the this monday (was there a zotero update before?), I cant add any references to the old bibliography, but instead a new on is made , which starts from 1 again. This new bibliography also has a new font, it seems like thats Times New Roman now, and it was Times before I guess. Ccn anyone help me here? Or do I have to remake the whol bibliography in the worst case?

Thanks! Maybe i just accidently clicked on unlink citations, and now the citaions are only plain text. However, the font of the new bibliography is still different( times new roman) compared to the other bibliography, do you know how I can change that back ? Also, should I now manually insert all the old references, as I might have clicked on unlink all?

Ideally you would have a backup of the document from before this happened that you could revert to — and note that another possible cause would be you or someone else saving it in the wrong format, so it's possible you have a version in your email or on a different computer if you sent the file around.
