When adding a new resource, capitalizing all words in title

I am wondering if there is a way to make it so all the letters in the title of a book that one adds to their library will all be capitalized? This is instead of just the first word and sometimes proper nouns...

No. Titles in Zotero should be stored in sentence case so that Zotero can properly generate citations in styles that require sentence case, since there's no way to reverse title-casing. Titles will automatically be title-cased for styles that require it.
