I just posted a new PEP Web (Psychoanalytic Electronic
Publishing Web) translator in the files section at the zotero-dev group (you probably have to join the group to download it): http://zotero-dev.googlegroups.com/
It's kind of a draft translator, because it only works with about 95% of the entries on there (5% have a variety of strange citation formats) and because it only handles single entry pages. Still, it's better than nothing, I figure.
