collapse page numbers

I was wondering if there is a way to collapse page numbers in citations and bibliography?
for instance pp. 145-8 rather than pp. 145-148

Not yet. But support for page collapsing is in the pipeline (it will be part of the next release of the Citation Style Language, 1.0).
