We are getting an error to sync in my organization. Here below you'll find the report I got. Our current version is 5.0.89.

You'd have to ask your IT department — your network configuration is preventing Zotero from accessing the internet.

(Note that you're also running an outdated version of Zotero that's over a year old.)
