Library sync issues: Zotero version 5.0.96.2 / Ubunto 20.04

SInce I deleted everything in my online account and started everything from scratch there are sync issues with the library and some of its collections - they are not syncing 100% correctly, items are missing online. Curiosly however is that for groups I created syncing is just fine.
Any idea what it might be? Thanks for your help!

Thanks for your advise...My Libraray was not set to sync whereas the groups were....My fault
