Zotero unliked all my references

zotero unliked all my references. In the text (where they appear as number (1) (2) ...), they remain written in black, but in my reference list, they are written in red. What do I have to do to have everything back to what it was before, and not loose all my intense work ?

Have a look at this guide. First thing is to find out WHY this happened, so it doesn't happen again.

I don't know how this could have happened. I only work with zotero and google doc. I did not used "unlink citations" button. I was adding a quote and suddenly zotero did this ... I don't know what I can do
