Correction - how to stop?

When I write notes, there is always a correction programm which puts red points under all words in german. I do not want correction at all.
I do not finde anything in the preferences to change this.
How to stop this?

The current Zotero beta adds non-English spell-checking as well as the ability to disable spell-checking.

So why is there this difference between german with red points and no red points for english?

It's just spell-checking. Until a recent beta version, Zotero only ever had English spell-checking, so it would underline non-English words as misspellings.
