Upgrade StorageZotFile just duplicated my whole library
So I have been using some form literature organization quite intensely for years and my library is pretty large ~1000. Now I have everything organized in Zotero with collections and tags and everything is nice and dandy. I don't won't to lose it so I finally setup database sync and then suddenly ZotFile, which I had have installed for some time, but wasn't really using, goes apeshit and renames every pdf attachement in my library to match default format, creating duplicate item for it. So now I have 700 duplicate item and absolutely bloated storage. What could I do, besides clicking merge for every single one of them and then manually deleting duplicated pdf?
