Upgrade StorageCannot sync some files (debug id: D469834007)

Hi,
I have a synchronization with yandex.disk cloud storage via webdav and noticed several issues which may or may not be caused on zotero side:
1) sync is insanely slow. Today I had around 75 items to sync, and it took the whole day.
2) 9 files cannot be synced. The most obvious common thing between them - they're large (8-50MB). Each of them has the same failing scenario:
a) very slow upload with PUT request. The progress in debug window is not continuous - there could be 20min without any download progress report, then a bunch of lines added reporting portions of the file being sended (btw, saying `failed to progress...` which is confusing)
b) then it says "Upload request 1/3MLVC8CY failed" followed by "Your WebDAV server returned an HTTP 0 error for a PUT request..."
c) corresponding .zip file is present uploaded (without corresponding .prop file) - I can open .zip and find correct .pdf file
d) the whole scenario takes ~30min - 1h
I'm gonna try out pCloud to check whether this behavior remains.

Well, I can confirm it. pCloud synchronization worked fine (and very fast).
