Upgrade StorageUnicode Emojis (utf8mb4) in this forum

It's such an ugly error message that it makes me wonder if it's the underlying DB layer rather than the forum software itself? Anyway, the quick solution is to eliminate emojis from the post text. But if there's any way of upgrading the website software to give a more informative error message that might be worth considering!
