From Word Bibliography to Folder

I've created notes and a bibliography for my thesis inside Word by Zotero. I didn't put the references in a Zotero Folder, but they are mixed with references for other papers. How can I create a Zotero Folder for my thesis' references separate from all other references? Is it possible to do it automatically from Word by my bibliography?

You can select the items in Zotero with Reference Extractor. (Zotero itself will offer a way to do this from an open document in a future version.)
