1102098423. Zotero button not showing on word bar, or any bar - not connecting across platforms

Have installed word (via Microsoft 365) on MacBook because I want to configure reference system from Zotero. Now there is no connection so I can’t add footnotes in word document. I am trying to work with scrivener, word and Zotero on a thesis. I recently downloaded Endnote as trial, because it is supposed to work direct with scrivener but that is not connecting fully either.

Advice appreciated.
