italics not rendered in word

Following a suggestion I read on the forum I am inserting the previously published version of a book chapter in the edition field. I need to have the title of the original book in italics (APA 7th), but when I use I still don't get it in italics when I add the bibliography in my word document. It actually writes in the bibliography.
I have inserted it like this:
reprinted from Qualitative Research in Psichology: Expanding Perspectives in Methodology and Design, pp. 157-172, by P.M. Camic, J. E. Rhodes, & L. Yardley, Eds., 2003, American Psychological Association

N.B The tag works perfectly when I use it in the field "title"

I'm pretty sure HTML tags are not parsed in most Zotero fields, so this indeed won't work (edition is also not really the right field for this sort of information)
@bwiernik -- any thoughts on how to input the above for APA?

The appropriate place for original publication information for an item at this time is in the “references” CSL field, which you can enter in Extra.

I had found an acceptable solution by writing it in the Publisher field in brackets, but this is indeed better. Thank you!
