si abro mi usuario en otro pc deberia aparecerme las capturas que hice en otro p.c ? estan con el usuario abierto

    If you mean that you're getting a sync error, can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that results in an error?

    After providing that, restarting Zotero would probably fix this.
