I am unable to change citation styles. I am trying to change from Chicago 17 to APA 7.

Steps:
1. Document Preferences
2. Move selection from Chicago 17 full note to APA 7th.
3. Error message: C:\Program Files (x86)\Zotero\zotero.exe
Zotero experienced an error updating your document.

I followed every single step in the troubleshooting document to the best of my ability.

    Are your citations inserted as endnotes? If you change that to footnotes first and then try to change the style, does it work?

    Yes, they are endnotes, and I will try that.
