Quote underlined automatically

Since a few weeks, I have a problem when I add a reference in my text. The authors are underline in dotted lines. I haven't done any change in the parameters and it doesn't bother me so much. The only problem is that all the previous references (before this change) aren't underline and I need my document to be harmonized. Have you encounter the same problem ?
