Unable to sync to online library from local Zotero library. File synch is on; pdfs are visible on local library, but only some appear online. I recently changed my primary email address, could that have led to the issue?

    Sync ran for 15-20 min, seems to get hung up at several counts, then after 20 min received a new error message:

    Zotero could not make a secure connection.zoterofilestorage.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com uses an invalid security certificate.

    The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.
    The server might not be sending the appropriate intermediate certificates.
    An additional root certificate may need to be imported.

    Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER

    That would be a different problem from the one in your error report — you didn't say what the actual problem is you're experiencing.
