'too many retries' error

I want to rebuild my library, but the error message says 'too many retries' what should i do now.

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that produces an error?

    (By "rebuild by library" you mean sync to pull it down from the online library?)
