Unable to save pdfs

Hello, I started using Zotero yesterday for a project where I need to manage ressources gathered on the web. I have installed the app on my computer (Windows 10) and I have the Mozilla Firefox extension (Version 90.0.2). I'm able to save weblinks in the app but I'm unable to save PDFs through the Firefox extension (I get a red cross when I try). I submitted a report : ID 388457157.

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) from Zotero (not the Zotero Connector) for a save attempt that fails to save a PDF?
