如何更新Zotero的新版本

打开Zotero的界面一直显示
此 Zotero 数据库需要 Zotero 5.0.97-beta.33+fdcd4e51c 或更高版本。

当前版本：5.0.96.2

请从 zotero.org 升级到最新版本。
请问各位朋友该如何解决这个问题呢，在官网并没有看见更新的版本，求助求助！！！

    You were using the Zotero beta, so you'll need to continue doing so until the next major Zotero release.
    note that beta versions occasionally update the database such that downgrading isn't possible without reverting to a backup copy of zotero.sqlite in the Zotero data directory or waiting for the next production release of Zotero.

    同上面dstillman说的一样，说明你之前用过了Zotero Beta版本，现在不能继续使用标准版本了（因为新版已经改动了你的数据库的结构），你需要去下载一个测试版，就是dstillman提供的那个链接。
