log in

I am trying to sync my account. I have been working on my work computer which I no longer have access to. I went to sync to my new computer and it is asking for log in information. I attempter to login with what i thought was my login but was unable. I tried to do a "forgot password" but got an error about not finding an account with that address. I don't know what to do. any help would be appreciated.
  • You can email support@zotero.org with details, but an account isn't required to use Zotero, and you might simply not have had one. In that case, you'd need to restore your Zotero data from a backup of your Zotero data directory.
