Upgrade Storage"show in library" problem
Hello,
This seems fairly basic, but the answers to this question that I have found don't work. When I search for an item and pull it up, I want to see what folder it is in in my library. Forum answers say that you have to right click or press ctrl, but when I do that the drop down menu only gives me these options: add note, add attachment, duplicate item, export item" etc. The "show in library" option is not there. I've selected items that are definitely nested in child folders, but it doesn't highlight their location. In other cases, when I am browsing my items in the library the "show in library" option IS there but when I select it, nothing gets highlighted in the library. Would be very appreciative of any help!
