Upgrade StorageLink notes to highlighted text in PDF

When reading paper in PDF, I highlight some text. That should be my quotation.
Q1 How to told Zotero that highlighted text is quotation?
Q2 How to connect my remarks (e.g. note) for the quotation to that particular quotation?
