Upgrade StorageChanging username to access institution storage space
Hi there
My institution has given me extra storage space but told me to use my institution email address as the username. My present username is slightly different - the first part of the email because that's used as well. Because of this, my Zotero desktop is not syncing. I can't seem to change the username either? I can't delete my account as it's got my whole PhD library on it. Any solution gratefully received! Please!

You can add your institutional email address in your account settings. You don't need to remove your personal address.
