APA 7th slight changes in punctuaction

Hello everybody,

I am trying to slightly change the APA 7th edition style. I need to substitute two full stops with a colon, i.e. after the year and after the "In". Here an example:

Now: Ezquerra, Manuel Alvar. (1995). Political Considerations on Spanish Dictionaries. In Braj B. Kachru & Henry Kahane (Eds.), Cultures, Ideologies, and the Dictionary (pp. 143–152). De Gruyter.

How I need it: Ezquerra, Manuel Alvar. (1995): Political Considerations on Spanish Dictionaries. In: Braj B. Kachru & Henry Kahane (Eds.), Cultures, Ideologies, and the Dictionary (pp. 143–152). De Gruyter. https://doi.org/10.1515/9783110957075.143

Is this for a specific journal/publisher or just personal preference?

It's for a specific publisher

Then it makes more sense to make a style and put it on the repo. Then other users of Zotero et al. can find and use it.
Can you give a link to the guidelines?

Yes, sure I can. I started editing the APA 7th because it seems to me to be the one that most closely matches their requirements.
