Including publisher in New Hart’s Rules
Hi!
Is there a way I can implement the publisher's name in the footnotes and bibliography? it doesn't appear automatically and I do need to have that information in the citations.
C.f.
How can I change the settings to make the publisher 'Fayard' appear before 'Paris', for example?

Insert a new line above it and copy the below line and change it so it calls the variable "publisher".
