Upgrade StorageInconsistent drag-and-drop rejection when adding new files
Sometimes when I try to add a new file by dragging and dropping from the desktop to a Zotero collection folder the action is rejected.
I haven't produced a Report ID because there are no errors generated.
Steps to reproduce
1. Drag file from desktop/Finder window to a Zotero library collection
2. If the file 'bounces' back to its original location, attempt the action again until the item is successfully added to the collection and a new library item is created.
Where an attempt is rejected, I can subsequently try again, aiming for the same spot and it will be successful, so it doesn't appear that it's because I'm dragging to an incorrect area of the UI. The issue has been happening for a while and across previous versions. I've searched and found other threads about being unable to add via drag-and-drop, but nothing that seems to describe my particular issue.
