Upgrade Storagemarking text on two pages not working

Reproduce
- on multipage pdf mark text on two pages, e.g. last line on page 2 and first line on page 3
- color picker shows up
- click any color
Currently
Nothing - text is neither marked on last line page 2 nor first line page 3
Expected
Marked text on both pages should be highlighted in selected color
Highlighting text on a single page works fine. Not sure if this would be expected behavior as highlighting is referred to as per page. But in that case I would expect to have two highlightings created for the marked text - one on each page.
