I'm not sure what you mean here. iOS 15 is the upcoming version of iOS, for iPhones and iPads, currently in beta. It doesn't have anything to do with Zotero translators.
Can you explain exactly what you're referring to (the Zotero desktop app? the beta Zotero iOS app?), what you're trying to do, what's happening, and what you're expecting to happen?
I mean translating language. English, Chinese, French. In zotero IOS app, I hope to select text in paper and translate it to another language using system translation function.

We haven't tested with the iOS 15 beta yet, but we'll take a look.
