Not possible to sync. Request timedd out.

After doing an update it is not possible to sync the app again with my account. The green arrow turns for some time after clicking on "set up syncung" and then it stops with the message "request timed out". I can see normally my library on the website. At first I thought that the problem was that my storage was full, but I deleted some files and now I use 250.9 mb. Please help!
