Cannot add new feeds from URL, and cannot refresh the list of feeds.

My zotero had could not add new feeds nearly, which could not show the title and save. secondly, it could not refresh the list of feeds and showed the exclamation mark on each URL. If you have the same problem or you know how the solve it. Please have solved ways for me and great thanks.

Thanks for the report. It looks as if Zotero successfully fetched your feeds from the network, but the content was somehow not readable as XML.

If you try to visit one of the feeds in your web browser directly (instead of using Zotero), do you see the feed content there?

My suspicion is there may be some kind proxy or similar mangling the feed content on its way to you.

I'm a bit confused what you mean by this. Safari generally won't display feeds that are properly served — it will offer to open them in another program. Chrome does display them inline, though.

Regardless, though, I'm afraid this is very likely just a problem with your internet connection blocking or mangling some requests. If this is a laptop, you can try from a different network. If you're running any security software or connecting via a proxy server, you can try connecting differently. (Note that, depending on your system configuration, requests from your browser and requests from Zotero may be handled differently.)
