Why is accessed date not shown for journal articles?

I have altered everything in this citation to match the style I require (it is unique) but I can't figure out why [Accessed June 2021]. is not appearing for all reference types. It appears for web but not journal articles for example when I paste my bibliography:

Burger, C., Schubert, A., Heinänen, S., Dorsch, M., Kleinschmidt, B., Žydelis, R., Morkūnas, J., Quillfeldt, P. and Nehls, G. (2019). A novel approach for assessing effects of ship traffic on distributions and movements of seabirds. Journal of Environmental Management, 251, p.109511. [Online]. Available at: doi:10.1016/j.jenvman.2019.109511.

JNCC. (2019). SMP Report 1986–2019 Guillemot (Uria aalge). [Online]. Available at: https://jncc.gov.uk/our-work/guillemot-uria-aalge/#annual-abundance-and-productivity-by-geographical-area-scotland [Accessed June 2021].

This is my first time doing any kind of html work - it's a steep learning curve!

Can anyone advise which part of my csl could be causing this perhaps how to fix it manually?

Here is my code: https://hastebin.com/ufesufivex.xml

Thank you so much in advance!
  • Check the "include URL" box in the Cite--> style tab of the Zotero preferences.

Without that, both URL and accessed date are not included in the data for journal articles with a page range
