how to restore my annotations! Help!

HELLO!
The version of my Zotero is Zotero Beta. I make the annotations in the zotero PDF reader.
Yesterday, I use the 'rename attachments' to renamed the pdf of the item by zotfile, but I lost all my annotations!!!!! I can open the pdf, but the annotations are lost!
I want to know how to restore my annotations in the pdf! THANKS!

    The ZotFile plugin hasn't been updated for the beta and will wipe out any annotations you've created with the new PDF reader.

    To recover them, you'd have to restore from a backup of your Zotero data directory.

    If you don't have that, the annotations may still be present in one of your last automatic database backups, but the files wouldn't be linked, so you'd have to relocate all the attachments (which will copy the files back to the appropriate stored-file locations).

    You should make an immediate backup of the .bak files in your Zotero data directory, as a start.
